Frequently asked questions

  • Will I have to manually enter the values of my quoted investments as this would be very time consuming?

No, we have secured the APIs across more than 20,000 banks with Plaid. For stocks, shares and funds we have secured the APIs from Alpha VantageJust like our founder, Madhavan, they are also YC Combinator alumni. We have no intention of re-inventing the wheel. Our aim is to provide you and your family with an efficient operating system that will be the foundation for successful generational wealth and legacy planning.

  • Who will own and control the data entered on the system?

You will ALWAYS retain 100% control and ownership of your data. We will not be able to view or access this data unless you provide us with access during our support calls.

  • Where will the data be stored?

    We currently provide three options:

    1. You can store all the data on your local servers – although we would recommend that this is backed up daily.
    2. All the data is stored with Equinix – which is a state of the art Zurich based data centre. These are backed up in Geneva. Currently Amazon and Google lease their European data centres from them!
    3. The data is stored with another 3rd party as per your requirements.
  • Is there a restriction on the number of asset categories on the dashboard?

Whilst we think we have included every asset class, our system is flexible and allows other asset classes to be added.

  • Reports: What reports can I get from the system?

All reports can be customised to meet your requirements.

  • Will the system differentiate between the legal and beneficial owners of each asset?

Yes. Our platform will build a structure report so that you will be able to see a diagram of your existing structures and legal entities. This will remove the guesswork of legal ownership!

  • Can the Danti system be used to send documents securely and can documents be signed digitally?

We have integrated Docusign which is a market leading digital signature system.

  • What happens to my operating system if I no longer have capacity or I pass away?

From the first day you utilise the Danti system you will be required to share your access details with your chosen law firm. We recommend that you use the firm that will be responsible for your estate planning as the data you keep on our system will be vital to your future plans. This law firm will only be able to obtain access if you are deemed to no longer have the mental capacity to manage your financial affairs or you pass away.

  • Can I add anyone I like to my contacts page such as my family doctor?

We would recommend that you only enter your professional power team on your contacts page but you can add the details of anyone you like. We can also create a separate family office address book that can be synchronised with your existing contact list. This will remove the need for multiple address books.

Unlocking success and growth

Roy Williams and Vic Preisser, in their research and subsequent book "Preparing Heirs: Five Steps to a Successful Transition of Family Wealth and Values.

In the complex realm of securing generational financial success, recent insights from the 2023 Citi Group Global Family Office Survey reveal a concerning misalignment between family concerns and their corresponding actions.

Throughout history, several billionaire families have witnessed a significant decline in their wealth, whether due to economic downturns, poor investment choices, family disputes, or political shifts.

Normalcy bias can indeed contribute to the lack of foresight in establishing governance and communication systems.
